The clouds disperse, and from it, a broken radio falls to the ground with a clatter. Lucy crouches down to get a closer look, and Adelaide leans over. ADELAIDE: Is that- a radio? LUCY: Nope. Lucy then gives the radio a side-eye, makes a 'so-so' gesture with her hand. LUCY: well okay it is but, it's also this ghost's 'corpse.' ADELAIDE: I don't follow. LUCY: Well, you see- have you ever had something really important? Something you don't have anymore? More stardust drifts up from the radio wreckage. The sprites hover by Adelaide's ear and say to her- SPRITES: that halloween costume from last year. those second-hand ballet shoes. the tamagotchi you found in the dirt. an old band tee someone left behind at school. your best friend. ADELAIDE: I guess so.
